Most details of the AUKUS deal were leaked before Albanese’s meeting in San Diego, but one aspect receiving little publicity is that the UK Ministry of Defence has assigned rights to a famous British submariners’ song to the Australian Navy.
Rights are to be shared with the US Navy: you can hear a rendition by the PS22 Chorus on New York’s Staten Island.
